All installations are both fully warrantied for labor and in compliance with each individual manufacturer’s warranty requirements. HIGH RISES
Homestallation, Inc. has worked for most of the national, commercial builders operating in the Florida market and has the experience to professionally handle your largest projects. Our team of experts will install commercial flooring in office buildings, retail shops, restaurants, hotels, and many more commercial spaces.

We don't send out subcontractors. All jobs are done by our trained employees and supervised by management. We have a very detailed process that starts with a pre-walk inspection that allows us to know if there are any issues to address prior to our installation date which avoids scheduling delays that may involve other contractors. When we arrive the job is ready to be started. Our managers also conduct a post-walks with installers and if anything less than a perfect installation is found, it is addressed even before your inspection. We also have a job safety program that ensures all of our staff is well versed in job safety and we mandate total cleanliness on the job site both for aesthetics and safety to exceed OSHA standards.
